Grille d'aubes pour turbine ou compresseur comportant une suite d'aubes disposées entre un plancher et un plafond délimitant ainsi une suite de canaux. Cette grille d'aubes comporte des ailerons orientés parallèlement aux aubes et de faible hauteur, chaque canal comprenant un aileron monté sur le plancher et/ou un aileron monté sur le plafond Diminution des pertes secondaires au voisinage du plancher et/ou du plafond sans accroître les pertes par frottement dans la partie centrale du canal.
