Abstract

The machine has a chassis which extends perpendicular to the direction of advance and carries an assembly of ground working tools. The automatic guiding appts. has a feeler which is constrained to travel in the bottom of a guide furrow made at the time of sowing. The feeler is pivoted to the tool assembly and is movable w.r.t. the chassis. The tool assembly is movable transversely w.r.t. the chassis. Lateral displacement of the feeler is detected and causes connecting movement of the tool assembly.
