Abstract
Revêtements tribologiques contre l'usure et la corrosion permettant l'utilisation de matériaux de construction classique d'appareils et de machines pour des applications dans des conditions extrêmes. Les revêtements tribologiques, en particulier pour assemblages mécaniques soumis à des sollicitations de roulement ou de glissement sont obtenus par déposition de revêtements à faibles coefficients de frottement statiques et dynamiques constitués de carbures et/ou nitrures et/ou carbonitrures et/ou borures et/ou siliciures et/ou oxydes d'un élément ou d'éléments des groupes III à VIII du système périodique sous forme de mélange ou de cristaux mixtes, les revêtements étant déposés de manière appropriée et combinés selon les proprietés électrochimiques correspondant aux besoins de l'application. Particularités de constitution dans lesquelles l'un des partenaires comprend du TiC, l'autre du TiN ou du SiC, ou dans lesquelles l'un des partenaires comprend du MoSi 2 et l'autre du Si3 N4 . L'invention peut être utilisée à la protection contre l'usure et la corrosion de pièces mécaniques actives de roulement ou de glissement.
