Abstract

Le système d'électrodes comporte au moins deux conducteurs maintenus espacés à l'aide de matériau isolant. Pour enlever les éventuels morfils des surfaces opposées des conducteurs, le système d'électrodes est immergé dans un liquide diélectrique et après quoi est appliquée une de potentiel électrique. entre les conducteurs; cette différence de potentiel est suffisante pour engendrer un étincelage électrique entre les conducteurs. Grâce à la faible longueur du trajet libre dans le liquide électrique, le métal pulvérisé des conducteurs ne peut pas se déposer sur les pièces isolantes du système d'électrode. Application : réalisation d'un système de canon électronique, électrodes de sélection de couleur à effet de post-concentration pour tubes d'images en couleur.
