Abstract

Ce procédé consiste à réaliser dans une bande métallique, et sur au moins une rangée, une succession d'emboutis en forme de cuvette, à déposer dans chaque cuvette une quantité dosée de matière synthétique apte à constituer les joints, à préformer et à gélifier la couche de matière synthétique, à assurer l'expansion de la couche de matière synthétique par passage de la bande dans un four, et à monter la bande ainsi obtenue sur un poste de finition des capsules disposé à proximité du poste d'alimentation des têtes de bouchage et comportant au moins des moyens de découpage des capsules dans la bande. Ce procédé peut être utilisé pour toute installation de bouchage utilisant des capsules.
