Abstract
PURPOSE: To mass produce titled articles simply at low cost, by applying the impact formation to the Al group material for preparing the cylindrical intermidiate product, and by applying the bulging work to this intermediate product being set in the dies for expanding the diameter of the trunk part.
CONSTITUTION: The authorized impact formation is applied to the disk type impact slab 1 for preparing the bottomed cylindrical intermediate product 2. Under the condition that the flange 3 is being restrained by the 0-ring 6 and the gland 7, the piston 9 possessing the oil- hydraulic pathway 8 is inserted into the mouth, and the bulging work is applied so as to expand diameter of only the trunk without expanding the diameter of neck; hereupon, the bottom seat 13 of the container is formed at the same time. According to this method, the containers suitable for containing several liters of liquid like as the beer, carbonated beverages, etc., including the sparkling gas component and also profitable to use, can be manufactured.
