Abstract

L'invention concerne une feuille de couverture pour l'utilisation dans des opérations de colorations microscopiques. Selon l'invention cette feuille consiste essentiellement en un support de résine synthétique insoluble à l'eau et transparent qui porte une couche de colorant. En plus du colorant, la couche contient au moins un polymère soluble à la fois dans l'eau et dans les alcools aliphatiques inférieurs. L'addition du colorant à la solution qui sert à l'application permet d'épaissir cette solution et de parvenir ainsi à un étalement uniforme. Cette feuille permet par exemple de colorer des échantillons biologiques à obtenir au microscope.
