Abstract

Selon ce procédé d'assemblage de galettes de microcanaux superposées, des corps métalliques sont intercalés entre les faces de galettes en regard et la soudure des galettes l'une à l'autre est effectuée par thermocompression de l'ensemble réalisé à l'aide de forces de pression exercées normalement aux faces externes des galettes dudit ensemble. Différents métaux sont utilisés mais, d'une façon préférentielle, on utilise l'aluminium, la soudure s'effectuant à une température relativement élevée et très supérieure à celles des températures auxquelles l'assemblage de galettes est soumis lors de son introduction dans les tubes électroniques et les différentes phases d'élaboration de ces derniers.
