Abstract

The folding step ladder for industrial use has inclined and vertical uprights supported on a chassis which has wheels at the front and skids at the back. The inclined upright carrying the steps is articulated on a member connecting the skids and the vertical upright is articulated at the top at its connection with the inclined upright. The working platform which has toe boards at the side and front is articulated about the inclined upright and is fixed to a cross member of the vertical upright when the step ladder is in use.
