Abstract

Ce synthétiseur comporte une boucle principale de réaction à acrrochage de phase, une boucle de recherche de fréquence, une première boucle numérique pour engendrer des pas égaux à la fréquence de référence F et une deuxième boucle numérique pour engendrer des pas à la fréquence F/Q, Q étant un nombre entier. Ce synthétiseur comporte en outre, selon l'invention, une troisième boucle numérique qui agit sur l'affichage des pas de valeur F pour engendrer des pas à la fréquence F/R, R étant un nombre entier voisin de Q. Le pas élémentaire de fréquence du synthétiseur a une fréquence de valeur | F/Q - F/R | ou de valeur égale à un sous multiple de cette dernière. La modulation parasite à la fréquence QR/Q - R du signal de sortie du comparateur de phase a une amplitude suffisamment faible pour ne pas nécessiter de filtrage. Application au passage d'une modulation introduite sur la fréquence de référence d'un synthétiseur de fréquence à division directe utilisant la technique du pas après virgule.
