Abstract

a. Circuit de compensation de non-linéarité pour amplificateurs haute fréquence. b. Il comprend deux canaux parallèles comprenant chacun un amplificateur haute fréquence, les deux amplificateurs ayant des caractéristiques similaires, des moyens de branchement pour diviser le signal d'entrée en deux composantes qui sont appliquées aux entrées des deux canaux parallèles et des moyens de synthétisation destinés à établir une somme vectorielle des deux signaux de sortie des canaux, l'amplificateur d'un des canaux fonctionnant dans la zone non-linéaire tandis que l'amplificateur de l'autre canal fonctionne dans la zone linéaire, les caractéristiques entrée/sortie linéaires du circuit entier étant approximativement l'inverse des caractéristiques entrée/sortie de l'amplificateur haute fréquence devant être compensé, lequel est connecté en série au circuit de compensation de non-linéarité. c. Applications notamment pour satellites de communications.
