Abstract
Le tube de prise de vues comporte une source d'électrons et une cible, dont une face est balayée par un rayon d'électrons provenant de ladite source, tandis que l'autre face, qui reçoit du rayonnement, est munie d'une électrode de signal et d'une couche vitreuse contenant du sélénium, du tellurium et de l'arsenic, la concentration du tellurium variant dans la direction de l'épaisseur de la couche contenant du sélénium. La concentration en atomes de tellurium dans la couche contenant du sélénium augmente du côté de l'électrode de signal vers la face de la cible balayée par le rayon d'électrons de façon que sur une distance dau maximum 0,3 mu m à partir du coté de l'électrode de signal, la concentration atteigne une valeur de maximum 4,5 % et que la concentration en atomes d'arsenic soit supérieure à 1,5 % dans toute la couche.
