Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de réduction chimique de la teneur en phosphate d'une eau par addition d'au moins un réactif qui forme un sel cristallin très insoluble et mise en contact du liquide avec un germe activant la cristallisation. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que la mise en contact a lieu dans un lit de grains de la substance constituant le germe activant la cristallisation, fluidisé et maintenu à l'état fluidisé par le courant d'eau, et l'introduction du ou des réactifs est effectuée de manière qu'une nucléation hétérogène sensiblement totale ait lieu sur la matière constituant le germe. L'appareil destiné notamment au traitement d'eaux résiduaires comporte plusieurs buses 14, 15 de pulvérisation du réactif, installées à des hauteurs différentes au-dessus du fond 8 du réacteur.
