Abstract

Procédé et dispositif d'impression pour l'application d'encre et de fluide humidificateur à une plaque d'impression lithographique. Chaque dispositif encreur ou humidificateur comprend un rouleau de dosage en contact de pression avec un rouleau de transfert à surface oléophile ou hydrophile respectivement, chacun des rouleaux de transfert étant entraîné par un moteur réversible à vitesse variable Les rouleaus de transfert sont en contact de pression avec un rouleau de forme qui transfère un film mince d'encre et de fluide humidificateur à la plaque d'impression. On règle les vitesses relatives entre le rouleau de forme et le rouleau de transfert afin de créer un glissement qui dose un film mince d'encre sur le rouleau de forme, pour transfert et application à la plaque d'impression. L'invention s'applique à l'impression sur les deux faces d'une feuille ou à la double impression sur une seule face.
