Abstract

L'invention a pour objet des fibres pour communications optiques à faible perte. On enrobe une âme d'une fibre optique à faible perte d'au moins une couche d'un copolymère de laurolactame comprenant de 20 à 98 parties de laurolactame et de 80 à 2 parties d'un autre monomère générateur de polyamide, le point de fusion du copolymère étant de 100 à 170 degrés C. Fabrication de câbles à une ou plusieurs fibres pour communications optiques.
