Abstract

Dispositif destiné à réunir en groupes élémentaires S1 des produits plats alignés et imbriqués se déplaçant de manière continue. Les articles 6 sont déplacés par un convoyeur 1 à griffes preneuses 2 pouvant être ouvertes par un dispositif de déclenchement 9 à un organe de décliquetage 10 pouvant effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient parallèlement au convoyeur 1. Le déplacement de l'organe 10 dans le sens de transport A du convoyeur 1 s'effectue à une vitesse sensiblement égale à la vitesse de transport du convoyeur 1, donc sans décliquetage des griffes. Ensuite, l'organe 10 repart en sens inverse C et agit sur les cliquets de blocage 5 des griffes 2 pour les ouvrir. Les articles 6 libérés tombent sur une bande transporteuse 17 disposée sous le convoyeur 1 en formant des groupes élémentaires en formation imbriquée S1 qui sont séparés les uns des autres par un intervalle vide. Le dispositif est en particulier utilisable avec des imprimés.
