Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour le bridage des deux côtés de pièces planes, type flasque ou ressort, qui s'étendent loin au-delà de la position de bridage, en notamment flasques de poulies à gorges pour courroies, ventilateurs radiaux pour génératrices courant alternatif et autres semblables. b. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'en dehors de la zone de bridage qui exerce directement une pression de brigade des deux côtés sur la portion de la pièce bloquée, on exerce sur la pièce, grâce à une butée supplémentaire, à la suite du serrage à bloc et au moins dans un sens de sollicitation possible, une précontrainte résiduelle c. L'invention est applicable au bridage des pièces planes.
