Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et une installation de retraitement de vieux papiers. Le procédé est du type comprenant une séparation grossière dans un appareil de désagrégation 1, un tamisage préliminaire 5, un épaississement 6 augmentant la densité de plus de 10 %, un traitement dans une colonne de réaction 9 en présence de substances chimiques << Deinking >>, une dilution consécutive de la suspension et une flottation 12; selon l'invention au moins une partie de substances chimiques << Deinking >> est introduite dans l'appareil de désagrégation 1 cependant que l'eau chargée de particules d'encre, collectée lors de la phase d'épaississement, subit une flottation dans un dispositif de flottation d'un circuit secondaire 17 et que l'eau ainsi épurée est réintroduite dans le circuit de retraitement. Le procédé conforme à l'invention permet d'obtenir un degré de blancheur plus élevé.
