Abstract

Procedimiento para el desengrasado de la lana, en el que se trata la lana con al menos una parte de un líquido desengrasante detergente acuoso para producir un líquido que contiene la suarda, la grasa y la suciedad del velo en suspensión o solución acuosa, caracterizado porque dicha parte de líquido se utiliza para desengrasar la lana hasta que la concentración de suarda en el mismo alcanza un nivel en que la suspensión está desestabilizada, se hace pasar el líquido desestabilizado a través de al menos una centrífuga para sacar la suciedad y grasa del mismo y luego se re circula para su uso en el desengrasado de la lana, caracterizándose además dicho procedimiento porque se proporciona agua a dicha parte de líquido en un régimen suficiente para compensar las perdidas incurridas en la eliminación de la suciedad, la grasa y la lana pero insuficiente para bajar la concentración de suarda a un nivel en que se produce la re estabilización de la suspensión.
