Abstract

Distributeur de direction assistée et son procédé de réalisation Il comprend un manchon entourant un tiroir. Des gorges axiales sont taillées à l'intérieur du manchon par une fraise en bout ou un autre outil de coupe rotatif dont l'axe de rotation est incliné d'un angle aigu par rapport à l'axe du manchon. Pour que le manchon soit le plus compact possible, des passages ou ouvertures sont forés le long d un trajet incliné depuis des gorges annulaires taillés à l'extérieur du manchon jusqu'à la surface terminale en pente des gorges axiales internes. Application aux mécanismes de direction assistée d'un véhicule comprenant par exemple un pignon et une crémaillère.
