Abstract

La présente invention est relative à une préparation pharmaceutique solide administrable par voie orale. Cette préparation contient des granules solides individuels qui contiennent le principe actif soluble dans l'estomac et des adjuvants, et une phase externe également solide qui entoure lesdits granules. dans laquelle les granules sont préparés à partir d'un mélange pulvérulent qui contient comme principe actif, ou en plus du principe actif, un sel basique de bismuth pharmaceutiquement acceptable, de préférence le sous-nitrate de bismuth (nitrate de bismuth basique) ou le sous-carbonate de bismuth, et des adjuvants, et d'une émulsion aqueuse contenant un constituant hydrophobe et des émulsifiants hydrophiles, la phase externe contenant une substance amphotère génératrice de gel, à raison de 1-50 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, et des adjuvants. Médicaments à action retardée.
