Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'élever un signal à une puissance dont on peut choisir l'exposant. Un premier circuit de transmission 2 pourvu d'une fonction de transmission fi dépendant du temps et un second circuit de transmission 3 pourvu d'une fonction de transmission f2 = f1 **b sont reliés à un générateur de tension rectangulaire 1; la sortie du premier circuit de transmission 2 est reliée à la première entrée d'un comparateur 4 alors que le signal x qui est élevé à la puissance d'exposant b peut être dirigé vers la seconde entrée du comparateur 4; la valeur instantanée x**b du signal de sortie y du second circuit de transmission 3 peut être mise en mémoire en fonction du signal de sortie du comparateur 4 apparaissant lorsqu'il y a égalité entre le signal x et le signal de sortie du premier circuit de transmission 2.
