Abstract

Appareil de chauffage portatif pour la cuisson sur une surface métallique très chaude d'aliments permettant en particulier de cuire des pizzas et autres produits équivalents, comprenant surtout un composant à base de pâte levée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en combinaison avec une plaque 34a, 34b pour la cuisson et au moins une source de chaleur Sc, 10 au-dessus de celle-ci, un couvercle 40, susceptible de créer au-dessus de la plaque 34a un espace clos dans lequel des conditions thermiques et hydroscopiques uniformes peuvent être obtenues, à l'instar de celles existant à l'intérieur de fours courants, sans cependant exclure l'utilisation de l'appareil pour la cuisson accélerée ou lente d'autres mets et aliments ou comme réchauffeur.
