Abstract

Méthode de production de masse d'une anode en magnetron suivant laquelle la surface périphérique interne du matériau contenu dans le cylindre en acier de uniforme n'est pas conique, et, en même temps, l'étape de durcissement par refroidissement est éliminée. Après avoir ajusté un bloc en cuivre à l'intérieur du cylindre en acier de type uniforme qui n'a pas été refroidi, les deux éléments sont compactés l'un avec l'autre. Ensuite, un traitement de presse est effectué sur la pièce brute en cuivre de sorte que l'intérieur du cylindre en acier et un poinçon de soutien sont forcés de se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre, quand un poinçon de façonnage est poussé dans le bloc en cuivre, ce qui forme une anode en cuivre. Pour éviter l'éclatement de l'intérieur du cylindre en acier, le travail de presse sur le bloc en cuivre est effectué à une température de 200 à 650 degrés C.
