Abstract

Electrode à gouttes statiques de mercure. Le débit de mercure dans un tube capillaire descendant d'un réservoir est fonction du degré d'obturation d'un siège de valve par une surface, de façon à permettre la formation de gouttes de mercure à l'extrémité dudit tube. Ces gouttes sont statiques et ne grossissent pas. Le tube capillaire peut être enlevé de l'enveloppe et la surface porte alors contre l'enveloppe du réservoir pour empêcher le mercure de s'en échapper. Application à l'analyse polarographique de substances en solution dans une cellule d'électrolyse.
