Abstract

L'invention a pour objet de réduire la quantité de substrat nécessaire par unité de surface. A cet effet, on utilise des tubes parallèles il tournant avec l'arbre horizontal 8 en présentant éventuellement une inclinaison par rapport à ce dernier. Les cellules tissulaires se développent principalement à l'intérieur des tubes dont les extrémités sont rétreintes pour assurer une certaine retenue du liquide nourricier introduit par le raccord 7 dans le récipient 1 contenant l'arbre 8 et le faisceau tubulaire. Ce dispositif sert au développement de cultures de cellules tissulaires et éventuellement ensuite de virus sur ces cultures.
