Abstract

Milieu de culture bactérienne exerçant un effet modificateur sur la flore digestive, à usage alimentaire et thérapeutique chez l'homme et chez l'animal d'élevage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : du lactosérum concentré et prédigéré par une enzyme protéolytique; du lactosérum levuré en présence d'une farine végétale; du lait de levure obtenu par une souche de genre Saccharomyces Cerevisiae; deux enzymes protéolytiques choisies entre les enzymes du type végétal et animal; un facteur énergétique choisi parmi les hydrates de carbone, et du glycérol jouant le rôle de coefficient respiratoire.
