Abstract

The sectional container may be used as a hydro therapeutic bath or similar, being constructed of standard U-section segments. Special end panels with a transverse terminal wall are incorporated, each segment having 90 degrees external edge flanges for bolted connections housing compression seals. The joint flanges may be sandwiched between two U-shaped plates conforming to the flange profile, and the section of the plates may increase towards the base. The segments may be of composite reinforced polyester and foamed polyurethane construction with a polyester lining, or a alternatively of stainless sheet with a PVC lining. The a walls may include viewing windows, the base being stepped or ramped, and the assembled bath may be mounted on jacks with a terminal stair unit.
