Abstract

The economiser allows the fuel and air mixt. passing through the carburettor to enter through the inlet port (a) the gasification chamber (b). The mixt. is heated by the burners (C1-C4) from the exhaust gases in the chamber (e). The heated mixt. is fed to the cylinders through the passages (d1-d4) and through the cooler (g). The exhaust gases are discharged through the port (f). The engine is thus supplied with heated fuel gas air mixt.
