Abstract

L'invention concerne le tirage des plaques planographiques. Suivant l'invention, une plaque présensibilisée comportant un support d'aluminium enduit d'une couche photosensible d'un o-quinonediazide, est développée par un révélateur constitué d'une solution aqueuse d'un silicate de métal alcalin, en ajoutant une solution supplémentaire d'un silicate de métal alcalin pour compenser la dégradation au cours du développement et sous l'action du dioxyde de carbone de l'air. Le rapport ØSiO2 õ/ØMõ est compris entre 0,5 et 0,75 et la concentration en SiO2 entre 1 et 4 % en poids dans le révélateur, le rapport ØSiO 2 õ/ØMõ est compris entre 0,25 et 0,75 dans la solution supplémentaire. Application aux appareils de tirage automatiques, évitant le renouvellement fréquent du révélateur.
