Abstract
L'invention concerne une sonde de détection de contact Selon l'invention, elle a un élément de contact qui comprend un transducteur 13, 17, qui convertit un courant électrique variable en une vibration de l'élément de contact, ou inversement. Un circuit de détection 25A détecte l'engagement de l'élément de contact avec un objet en détectant le changement consécutif du courant électrique traversant le transducteur. De préférence, un transducteur d'entraînement 13 fait vibrer l'élément de contact en réponse à un courant alternatif appliqué 29. Les vibrations sont amorties quand l'élément contacte un objet et cela est détecté par le circuit de détection soit par un changement de paramètre 29, 30 du courant alternatif appliqué ou par un changement 27, 28 d'un courant produit par l'élément de contact vibrant dans un transducteur générateur 17. L'invention s'applique notamment aux machines de mesure de longueur.
