Abstract

Raccord rapide verrouillable, à passage libre ou obturable, pour fluides sous pression ou non, constitué par un empilement de pièces de révolution comportant un corps de clapet 1, un clapet 6 poussé par un ressort hélicoïdal de compression prenant réaction dans un logement ménagé dans un embout fixe 2, un second embout 10 est engagé dans le corps 1 de telle sorte qu'en position verrouillée, son extrémité interne 9, comportant au moins un trou percé radialement 14, débouche dans une chambre 8 et soit en appui contre le clapet 6. Ledit embout 10 est verrouillé par déplacement rectiligne déplaçant au moins une bille 18 en contact d'une part avec la surface de l'embout 10 et d'autre part sur une douille de coincement 20 vissée sur le corps 1. Une bague d'éjection 24 coulissant librement sur l'embout 10 assure le déverrouillage en repoussant les billes 18 dans le sens du décoincement.
