Abstract

The door lock has a sliding draw-bar (2) engaging staples (6) formed by slots in fixed plates, and has a cylinder lock of which the bolt (4) engages a notch (3) in the longitudinal edge of the draw-bar (2). The cylinder lock is mounted in a housing (1) which is fixed to the door (B) and which is traversed by the draw-bar (2). The draw-bar may have two edge notches (3, 8) both engageable by the bolt (4), and delineating the active and repose positions of the bar (2) respectively. An eyelet (7) of similar construction to the staples may guide and position the bar (2) relative to the edge (B') of its support leaf (B), and the bar may incorporate a stop lug (9).
