Abstract

Echangeur de chaleur pour le traitement thermique en plusieurs étages d'une matière en grains fins dans des séparateurs cyclone reliés entre eux, traversés par le courant de gaz de combustion d'un four rotatif. il est caractérisé en ce que ses cyclones sont disposés par paires 4, 5 et 6, 7, à la même hauteur, et traversés successivement par le gaz et en ce que la canalisation de jonction 10 entre les deux cyclones inférieurs, et/ou la canalisation de gaz de combustion 9 allant du four rotatif 1 au premier cyclone et/ou la région d'introduction de la matière dans le four rotatif présentent au moins un dispositif d'injection de combustible et/ou au moins un dispositif d'injection d'air de combustion. Application dans la fabrication du ciment.
