Abstract

Installation de traitement thermique d'une matière à grain fin, en plusieurs étages comportant des échangeurs de chaleur par mise en suspension dans les gaz, parallèles entre eux et formés de plusieurs cyclones séparateurs, branchés en amont d'un four de cuisson, à la suite duquel est monté un refroidisseur, un échangeur de chaleur étant relié au four de cuisson et l'autre au refroidisseur, et un appareil de cuisson distinct étant prévu pour la précuisson de la matière. L'échangeur de chaleur 2 relié au four de cuisson 1 possède au moins un étage de cyclone 4 de moins que l'échangeur de chaleur 3 relié au refroidisseur de matière 6, et à ce dernier échangeur, est relié, l'appareil de cuisson distinct 7. L'invention est applicable notamment à la cuisson du ciment cru.
