Abstract

Circulateur d'hyperfréquences sur un substrat, dont une face porte une structure de résonateur et l'autre face un disque de ferrite métallisé. Le disque de ferrite 3 disposé en regard de la structure de résonateur 2 est métallisé sur sa face de base extérieure 3a et sa surface enveloppe 3b, logé dans un évidement de la couche métallique 1a du substrat 1 et muni sur son pourtour d'une liaison conductrice 4.
