Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un réactif de diagnostic immunologique insoluble dans l'eau, ayant une densité proche de celle de l'eau, comprenant des particules discrètes d'un polymère de latex carboxylé immunologiquement inerte auquel se trouve condensé par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison amide un produit immunologiquement actif connu. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que, dans une première étape, on mélange avec un agent activant soluble dans l'eau le polymère de latex carboxylé immunologiquement inerte pratiquement dépourvu de tout composé aminé contaminant, et en ce que, dans une seconde étape, on ajoute le produit immunologiquement actif connu. Application aux diagnostics immunologiques.
