Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de poudres de carbure de silicium et appareil de mise en oeuvre. Il consiste à mettre en contact, en phase gazeuse, au moins un gaz diluant chauffé par un lit fluide et au moins un dérivé organique du silicium. Les poudres peuvent servir d'abrasif ou de pigments pour peinture.
