Abstract

Unité d'éclairage munie d'un tube à décharge dans la vapeur de mercure ainsi que d'un ballast de stabilisation inductif formant mécaniquement un seul corps avec ce tube. L'unité d'éclairage est munie d'un culot de lampe utilisé couramment pour les lampes à incandescence. Selon l'invention, le tube à décharge est un tube à décharge à basse pression dont la tension d'arc est relativement élevée. Cela fournit une unité d'éclairage dont le ballast est peu encombrant. Application à l'éclairage.
