Abstract
La présente invention pour objet un procédé et une installation pour le traitement des sous-produits du traitement des eaux-vannes. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : la digestion de ces sous-produits par voie anaérobie, leur chauffage puis leur refroidissement, leur séparation en un concentrat et une phase surnageante, l'addition à la phase surnageante d'un alcool, d'un sel minéral azoté, éventuellement d'un précurseur de vitamines de façon à obtenir un milieu de culture que l'on inocule par lesdits sous-produits, puis laisse fermenter; enfin, on sépare la biomasse formée. Il s'agit de la récupération des vitamines et protéines d'origine bactérienne contenues dans ces sous-produits.
