Abstract

Procédépour la préparation d'un inoculum pour la production par fermentation anaérobie du coenzyme B12; on prépare le nouvel inoculum, par emploi d'une nouvelle population microbienne mixte, anaérobie, mésophile et méthanogène à partir d'un bouillon ayant la meme composition que les bouillons classiques, si ce n'est qu'il contient moins de types de substances nutritives à une concentration totale moindre.
