Abstract

Ces perfectionnements s'appliquent à un siège du type de ceux comprenant une assise pivotant sur un axe horizontal monté dans un châssis, un dossier également pivotant sur un axe horizontal monté dans ce châssis de façon que l'assise et le dossier puissent être réglés individuellement, et des moyens de verrouillage déblocables pour immobiliser l'assise et le dossier dans la position choisie. Dans le siège selon l'invention, les moyens de verrouillage sont constitués par une pluralité de plaques de blocage coopérant les unes avec les autres, dont un premier groupe 8 est fixé au châssis 5, 9 à une certaine distance en arrière de la zone de montage de l'assise 1 et du dossier 2 sur ce même châssis, et dont un second groupe 10 est fixé au dossier, lesdites plaques de blocage coopérant avec un système de serrage monté sur la face inférieure de l'assise et comportant des éléments de serrage entre lesquels les plaques peuvent être pressées les unes contre les autres par la force d'un ressort, force qui peut être neutralisée par un levier actionnable manuellement. On obtient ainsi une grande simplicité, rapidité et commodité de réglage.
