Abstract

Le procédé pour la production d'articles par la métallurgie des poudres comprend, selon le tableau de programme de la figure annexée, le choix de la poudre de métal, l'addition de mica, dans une proportion de 0,5 à 2 % en poids, le mélangeage, l'application de pression pour former un comprimé et le chauffage du comprimé à la température de frittage. Il permet de diminuer la pression de compression pour l'obtention d'une densité désirée du comprimé et de réduire aussi la pression d'éjection du comprimé. L'invention s'applique en particulier à la fabrication de sièges de soupapes, de segments de pistons et d'autres articles frittés contenant du mica à propriétés autolubrifiantes.
