Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé pour déterminer l'activité des isoenzymes. Pour déterminer l'activité d'une isoenzyme dans un échantillon contenant d'autres isoenzyrnes, on réalise une première mesure de l'activité enzymatique totale dans l'échantillon; puis on ajoute un agent tensio-actif dont la nature et la concentration sont déterminées de façon à obtenir l'inhibition de l'activité d'une isoenzyme spécifique. La différence entre les résultats de la premiere et de la seconde mesures fournit l'activité de cette isoenzyme. Application à la réalisation d'analyses et à l'établissement de diagnostics.
