Abstract

Appts. has a stator and rotor combination where the rotor is driven and the safety fuel passes through the combination. In operation the appts. shears the fuel and renders it sufficiently fluid to pass through filters and pumps to be atomised at burners. Safety fuel contg. 1% of an anti-misting polymer cannot be processed by certain current filters and engine control appts. or burnt at the engine burners. The appts. can degrade the safety fuel so that it can be processed by the current appts.
