Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de particules composites d'un catalyseur pour la transformation d'hydrocarbures. On atomise une suspension alcaline contenant de la zéolite et un sol aqueux acide d'un oxyde (gel de silice) dans une atmosphère gazeuse avant leur gélification de façon à leur donner une forme de particules microsphéroïdale pendant cette gélification mais en évitant de sécher les particules. On obtient des particules composites de zéolite liées par une matrice de gel. Le catalyseur peut servir à transformer, par exemple craquer, des hydrocarbures.
