Abstract
L'invention a trait au domaine des circuits électroniques. Elle concerne une pile à l'état solide comprenant une anode de lithium, une cathode d'iode renfermant un complexe de transfert de charge et un électrolyte solide formé d'iodure de lithium dopé avec un iodure de 1-n-alkylpyridinium. La surface de l'anode peut être revêtue d'hydroxyde ou de nitrure de lithium. La cathode d'iode est formée d'un complexe d'iode et d'iodure de 1-n-alkylpyridinium et contient de préférence du bioxyde de titane en poudre, du gel d'alumine en poudre ou du gel de silice en poudre, en mélange avec le complexe. La pile de l'invention, dont le mélange cathodique a une conductivité électronique relativement grande, est peu susceptible d'une auto-décharge interne.
