Abstract

Procédé permettant de faire subir à des matières textiles en forme de bande un traitement préalable par voie humide dans un vaporisateur en guidant la matière textile en zigzag sur deux rangées de rouleaux horizontaux et à travers un équipement poseur de plis. La matière textile sèche ou contenant une certaine humidité à la suite d'un pressage est guidée de manière connue à travers un espace sous vide et ensuite directement à travers un bain de traitement, après quoi la matière textile est dirigée à partir du bain directement dans un vaporisateur où elle séjourne pendant huit à vingt minutes à l'état plié. L'invention est applicable à la préparation de matières textiles devant subir différents procédés d'ennoblissement tels que la teinture et l'impression.
