Abstract

Jupe en deux sections pour le support d'une citerne dans la coque d'un navire. L'une des sections de jupe, 18, porte une gouttière 20 et le bord de l'autre section de jupe, 16, pénètre dans la gouttière, mais sans en toucher les parois. On remplit la gouttière d'une matière durcissable 22, de préférence à faible conductibilité thermique, qui, en durcissant, réunit solidement les deux sections de jupe. Application notamment aux citernes à gaz liquéfié, le joint réalise entre les sections de jupe assurant une isolation thermique efficace entre la citerne et la coque.
