Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'asservissement constituant un ensemble facilement adaptable par fixation sur tout vérin hydraulique standard et qui permet d'obtenir à partir d'un mouvement à faible couple, la commande très précise du déplacement d'une grande force. Le principe du dispositif est de commander le mouvement par l'intermédiaire d'une valve hydraulique reliant la grande section, soit au circuit d'alimentation, soit à la hache et qui est associée à une vis réversible à bille entraînée en rotation par le vérin. La réalisation représentée comporte le vérin 1 dont la tige 6 est solidarisée par la pièce 7 à la tige 5 qui comprend l'écrou à bille 8. La vis réversible 9 et l'écrou 13 peuvent tourner dans le palier 10 sans se déplacer axialement Par la rotation du servomoteur 22, on visse le tiroir 12 et on ouvre les orifices de la valve 14. Par le déplacement de la tige 6 ainsi que des pièces 7, 5 et 8, on commande la rotation de la vis 9 et de l'écrou 13 pour annuler le déplacement du tiroir 12 et refermer les ouvertures de la valve qui reprend sa position d'équilibre. L'invention peut être utilisée dans tous les cas où est nécessaire le contrôle précis d'un mouvement d'un vérin hydraulique sans limitation de ses dimensions ou des performances exigées.
